Chakra Meditation

A SHORT GUIDE TO THE WORKINGS OF THE CHAKRA’S. PLEASE BE AWARE, WE ALL THINK DIFFERENTLY ON THE FUNCTIONS OF THE CHAKRAS, SO IT’S JUST A BASIC GUIDE; ON MY WAYS OF WORKING WITH THE CHAKRAS.

Chakras

PURPLE
THIS IS THE CROWN CHAKRA –
People when first starting to get to know about the chakras and using them knowingly may get a little pressure at the top of the head as this chakra allows us to communicate with higher realms.

INDIGO
THIS IS THE THIRD EYE CHAKRA-
Allowing us to see and visualise some may suffer slight headache when this chakra is covered. It gives us sight to see into other realms. And to see whom we communicate with.

BLUE
THE THROAT CHAKRA-
The throat chakra is where we communicate and gives heightened creativity.

GREEN
THE HEART CHAKRA-
The heart chakra is a store of emotions; we can store these where the chakra becomes blocked.

YELLOW
THE SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA-
This chakra lets us gain from personal power and can also be the culprit if blocked for angry emotions.

ORANGE
WHAT WE CALL THE TUMMY CHAKRA CAN ALSO BE CALLED THE SPLEEN –
This chakra can also store emotions and can cause overdrive in some departments of the body, which can cause lower sex drive; if this chakra becomes blocked.

RED
THE ROOT CHAKRA-
This chakra has the means to keep us grounded as well as being the holder of creation for us, where it’s the only chakra that does not change.

Thank you very much Winnie.

I am sure most of us do not like the sound of our own voices. lol

Tess, is there a way to make the music volume lower and the voice volume higher. I could hear the music better than I could your voice and I could not understand all your words. I hope you don't think I am overly critical.

I just listened and I think that it was great. You have a lovely accent and I feel more centered as a result of trying out this exercise. Thank you....
